- Disney Acquires Lucasfilm, ILM (Industrial Light and Magic), the rights to the Indiana Jones Franchise, and Skywalker Sound.
- Lucas, as soleowner of Lucas Film, gets $4 Billion (yes, billion with a B) dollars is cash and Disney stock, and will become a 2.2% owner of Disney.
- Lucas will be a creative consultant, which basically means he can give ideas and vision, but Disney can complete ignore him if he proposes wasting valuable film time on an unispiring love story (a.k.a. Episode 2).
